What we collect, and why

When you place an order: your name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number if you give us one, and what you bought. We need this to take payment, ship the tray, and answer you if something goes wrong.

When you pay: your card details go straight to our payment processor, Authorize.Net. They are not stored on this website. We see the last four digits and whether the charge succeeded, nothing more.

When you join the run list: just your email address, plus the fact that you signed up from this site.

When you use the contact form: your name, email, message, and order number if you include one. It arrives as an email to us.

When you leave a review: your name and review text, shown publicly. Only verified buyers can leave one.

Automatically, as you browse: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and cookie data. This is standard server and analytics logging — it is how we know which trays people look at and how we spot attacks.

We do not knowingly collect anything from children, and we do not sell your personal information.

Who else handles your data

Running a shop means other companies process parts of it. Each one only gets what it needs:

• Authorize.Net — payment processing
• Klaviyo — the email list and order-related email
• Google Analytics — how the site gets used, in aggregate
• Google reCAPTCHA — blocking bots on our forms
• Cloudflare — serving the site quickly and absorbing attacks
• Wordfence — security monitoring and blocking
• Shipping and fulfilment providers — your address and order, so the tray reaches you
• Our hosting provider — where the site and its database live

Cookies

Cookies keep your cart from emptying itself, remember whether you chose light or dark mode, and let analytics count you once instead of twenty times. If you block them, the shop will mostly still work but your cart may not survive between pages.

How long we keep things

Order records stay as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty questions. Email list entries stay until you unsubscribe — every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works. Contact form emails sit in our inbox like any other email.

Your rights

Email info@deezsmokeshop.com and we will:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you
• send you a copy of it
• correct anything that’s wrong
• delete it, except what we’re legally required to keep, such as completed order records
• take you off the email list

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. Ask and we will honour them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
